Aunty really liked this scene from Normal Adolescent Behavior.
It just reminded her so much of the difficulty she had getting vanilla partners to buy into spanking play. They were always so scared to hit a girl. Or else were just plain freaked out by the apparent "violence" of the spanking act.

I was totally confused and stigmatized as a teen and early twenty-something young adult. If I had encountered this young woman I would have been thrilled, amazed to know I was not "the only one" whose eroticism revolved totally around spanking, and would most certainly have given her an absolutely proper blistering.
This experience was my dream then, and would have been very freeing. I would also have likey become totally co-dependently and obsessively in love with her.

Yep! It can be quite awkward getting a vanilla to play.
I've only had one sex partner and it's long distance. Really REALLY long distance. He's an ocean away. But I made sure he knew of my obsession before I went to visit him.
So for three weeks I goaded him and teased him and he was pretty good and made a few sexy threats. However, he never delivered on his promises.
We decided to be friends, since neither of us wanted to move across the world since we're both in school and have great things going for us....but he still comments on the late nights when he is really missing me that "I should have spanked you"
it's so annoying to hear! So I always respond in the brattiest way I can, that it's okay if he wasn't manly enough to do it. Or too much of a wuss. Just to make him wish he had all the more. (maybe he'll get tired of the teasing and come to see me.)

I was always amazed at how easy it was to talk girls into trying it. Once I brought it up I was surprised how often they said they'd always been curious about it or had a friend who was into it. They didn't all take to it, but some did.

I've found it pretty easy to intiate SOME spanking play with most every girlfriend I've ever had. A few really got into it and the rest, well, they were probably humouring me. But how I could spank them compared to how I could spank a woman I met through a spanking ad are two different things. It's not just a difference of intensity, you can just tell when you're with someone who's been dreaming of it all their life!

Being a guy who's always fancied spanking pert female bottoms, I've been in a few relationships where spanking threats were met with brattiness that clearly meant "go for it", which I did with much relish. However there were also a few that wanted absolutely nothing to do with it and saw it as either abusive or immature. Testing their reaction by flipping them over my knee for a few sound smacks (after the usual verbal comments went unacknowledged) in these cases more often than not resulted in shock and disgust on their part. Ah well...sometimes you get lucky. My current GF allows me to spank her sometimes (not too hard) and that's okay by me.
